A man has been arrested in connection with an incident in Gloucester on Christmas Eve.
Police had asked for information to locate a man they wanted to speak to in relation to a suspected attempted murder at a property on Cromwell Street in the early hours of Tuesday 24 December.
A 32-year-old man from Tewkesbury subsequently handed himself in and has been arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm.
