Regent Arcade is launching a community cookbook called A Taste of Cheltenham.
Residents are being asked to submit meaningful recipes, from family favourites to personal creations.
The project will celebrate local food traditions while raising funds for Cheltenham Foodbank.
Children can also take part by designing a “dream dish”, with one winning entry included in the book.
Entries are open until 27 May, with the finished cookbook set to launch at an event in June.
