Three people have been charged with breaching a partial closure order in Cirencester.

Last month, officers secured a partial closure order following reports of anti-social behaviour at a property in the Watermoor area.

The closure order, which was granted at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 23 June, prohibits anyone except certain named individuals and agencies to be inside or on the property for the next three months.

Three people were arrested on Tuesday (14 July) on suspicion of remaining on/ entering premises in contravention of a closure order.

Adam Saunders aged 34, Aleksandr Hartanovic aged 47, and Katie Moss aged 20, all of no fixed abode, were subsequently charged with the offence.

Saunders was also charged in connection with stealing goods worth £475 from a retail store in Cirencester last month.

They have all been released on conditional bail and are due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 18 August.
