Prima Healthcare Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Employers 2026 by the Financial Times for the second consecutive year, cementing its position among 500 companies celebrated for fostering positive and inspiring workplaces nationwide.
The Gloucester-based business, a world leader in dental and medical rotary products, secured its place on the prestigious list following an independent survey conducted by the Financial Times in partnership with global data provider Statista. The survey gathered feedback from more than 20,000 employees across all sectors in the UK, contributing to one of the largest independent employer studies in the country.
Prima’s inclusion reflects its commitment to its core purpose — “the pursuit of better” — a philosophy that guides every aspect of the organisation, particularly its approach to supporting and developing its people.

The UK’s Best Employers ranking is compiled from over 400,000 employer evaluations. To qualify, companies must employ at least 250 people within the UK. Employees are surveyed independently and anonymously — not through their employers — ensuring honest and impartial feedback. Rankings are based primarily on employees’ willingness to recommend their own employer, with additional weighting given to direct recommendations within their sector.
