Some Labour MPs say it’s “wrong” to order backbenchers to oppose an attempt to launch an investigation into Sir Keir Starmer.
A number of the Prime Minister’s colleagues believe he should report himself to the Privileges Committee over the appointment of Peter Mandelson.
